Booking Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your cruise booking, please provide a cancellation notice at least 96 hours before the scheduled departure time.

2. Refund Eligibility: Cancellations made within the specified notice period are eligible for a refund but subject to Tick.my's approval. However, please note that certain fees or charges may be deducted as per the terms and conditions of the cruise operator.

3. Cancellation Fees: In case of a cancellation within the specified notice period, a cancellation fee may apply. The amount of the fee will be determined by the cruise operator and will be communicated to you during the booking process.

4. No-Shows: If you fail to show up for your scheduled cruise departure without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

5. Refund Processing Time: Once your cancellation request is received and approved, the refund process will be initiated. The time required for the refund to be credited back to your account may vary depending on the payment method and financial institution policies.

6. Cancellation by Cruise Operator: In the event that the cruise operator cancels the trip due to unforeseen circumstances or any other reasons, you will be provided with alternative options or a full refund, as per the cruise operator's policy.
